We produce pull out organizer for USA customer

Our customer Nartezye from USA sent his inquiry a for “2 tier pull out cabinet organizer” product on 3^rd January 2022. We quoted and started to make up the sample on 5^th January once received the sample cost.

To avoid any of the mistakes that our engineer made a drawing as per customer’s requirements for his approval before making up the sample.The sample were completed on 15^th January 2022. And we sent images of the physical sample of “2 tier pull out cabinet organizer”  before sending sample.

We’ve sent the sample to customer as per his request and he received our sample and advised his feedback on 24^th January. We received the order and payment of the 100pcs initial try order when we come back from our CNY holidays on 16^th February 2022.

The 100pcs products of “2 tier pull out cabinet organizer” were finished and sent to customer on 21^st March 2022.

The products arrived Amazon USA 14^th April 2022 and customer sent his new inquiry on quotation and lead time for 500pcs on 19^th April 2022 then We negotiated the price and the details and customer paid deposit on 3^rd May. We start to produce the pull out organize and the bulk products were shipped out on 8^th June. And we shipped out the products as per customer's instruction.
