Austria Client is happy with Lanejoy’s quality and service for stainless steel grill mesh

Austria Client Jürgen Müller want to buy grill mesh attached to the 4 corners and must withstand a weight of 20kg. To save the cost , he choose to use 4.8mm stainless steel wire for out frame wire, 2mm wire for inner wire. And our enigneer make drawing to let him confirm, but unlucky the sample can not withstand the weight of 20kg, following is the photo.

After discussed with our engineer, our engineer advise customer to use 5 mm out frame wire, 3 mm inner wire. Following is the weight test picture.and we decided to remake sample for customer for free. Jürgen Müller was happy to see suggestion for grill mesh.

Finally the grill mesh sample passed the test, and Jürgen Müller placed mass order to Lanejoy and also gave  good review to Lanejoy’s grill mesh product.
